A composition for a hair discoloration agent according to the present invention comprises a first agent in a transparent gel phase, and a second agent in a white cream phase used by being mixed with the first agent. The first agent includes D.I. water, polyquaternium-10, hydroxyethylcellulose, polysorbate 80, tetrasodium EDTA (EDTA-4Na), ethanolamine thioglycolate, PEG-60 castor oil, a perfume, dimethicone, ceteareth-20 (CA-20), PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, behenyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cyclodextrin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, allantoin, an aloe extract, hydroxypropyl chitosan, and a first natrual mixture extract.
