The present invention relates to a solid-state imaging device conforming to different data transmission modes. A driver (DR1) of a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensor (3) includes: single end drivers (71, 72) which are installed in correspondence with two output terminals (TO1, TO2) respectively, and are activated in a parallel transmission mode in order to output a corresponding data signal respectively to the corresponding output terminal (TO) as a single end signal; a serial converter (SR1) which is activated in a serial transmission mode to output multiple parallel data signals one by one in series; and a differential driver (73) which is activated in the serial transmission mode to output each of data signals output from the serial converter (SR1) to the output terminals (TO1, TO2) as differential signals. |
