synthesizing a composition comprising a perovskite comprising Sr2Fe1.5Mo0.5O6-δ; applying the composition on an electrolyte support to form an anode; and applying Ni to the composition on the anode, wherein from about 0.1 to about 5 weight percent of Ni is applied to the composition on the anode. |
