The present invention relates to a coffee capsule which extracts liquid coffee by putting coffee into a capsule and sealing the same with an upper cover sheet, perforating holes in the lower surface of the capsule and the cover sheet by a perforation pin in a coffee extraction device, and making high temperature water and water pressure pass therethrough. More specifically, the coffee capsule comprises: a perforation part (16) in which holes are perforated by the perforation pin; a bending part (17) which performs bending operations during the drilling operations of the perforation pin, and compresses the perforation part (16) concavely into the capsule; and an opening part (18) which forms an air discharge hole (19) as a cutting line (18a) is spread during the bending operations of the bending part (17). Therefore, as the perforation part is compressed concavely into the capsule by the bending part and the opening part during the drilling operations by the perforation pin, holes are drilled more reliably by the perforation pin as compared to the conventional method, thereby providing more effective coffee extraction. |
