A level shifter may include a first current source configured to source current to a node that pulls up an output voltage of the level shifter to a logic high level and a second current source configured to sink away current from the node to pull down the output voltage to a logic low level. When the output voltage at the node reaches the logic high voltage, the first current source may be deactivated while a latch connected to the node maintains the output voltage at the logic high level. Similarly, when the output voltage reaches the logic low voltage, the second current source may be deactivated while the latch maintains the output voltage at the logic low level. |

a conversion node configured to generate an output voltage having a logic high level and a logic low level; a first current source that, when activated, is configured to source current to the conversion node to generate the output voltage at the logic high level; a second current source that, when activated, is configured to sink current away from the conversion node to generate the output voltage at the logic low level; a latch is configured to maintain the output voltage at the conversion node when both the first current source and the second current source are deactivated; and sense and control circuitry configured to deactivate the second current source in response to the output voltage at the conversion node reaching a triggering level associated with the logic low level. |
