A method for preparing Okwada porridge is disclosed. The method for preparing Okwada porridge according to the present invention comprises the steps of: grinding walnuts, ginkgo nuts, jujubes, chestnuts and ginger and mixing the powder thereof in a predetermined ratio to prepare Okwada powder; mixing the prepared Okwada powder, non-glutinous rice, German millet and water in a predetermined ratio to prepare a mixture; and boiling the mixture to prepare Okwada porridge. |
