摘要 The present invention relates to a lubricant removing device for an extrusion-molded material, using atmospheric plasma. The lubricant removing device for an extrusion-molded material is to completely remove lubricant, which should be removed when a wire or various pipes are manufactured by a carrier gas in a plasma state injected from a plasma injection head. The lubricant removing device for an extrusion-molded material, using atmospheric plasma, comprises: a carrier gas source (121) supplying the carrier gas; a carrier gas supply pipe (123) transferring the carrier gas to the plasma injection head (112) as one side is connected to the carrier gas source (121) and an other side is connected to the plasma injection head (112); a plasma power supply unit (111) applying a voltage to the plasma injection head (112) to generate a plasma discharging voltage in the plasma injection head (112); and the plasma injection head (112) connected to the plasma power supply unit (111) by a lead wire (111a), changing a state of the carrier gas supplied from the carrier gas supply pipe (123) into a plasma state by being plasma-arc discharged by the voltage supplied from the plasma power supply unit (111), injecting the carrier gas in the plasma state to the surface of the wire and the pipe (extrusion-molded material) extruded and molded from an extrusion mold (130) through a nozzle (112a), and removing the lubricant remaining on a surface of the extrusion-molded material (140). As such, the lubricant removing device for an extrusion-molded material can simply and rapidly remove the lubricant remaining on the surface of the extrusion-molded material.
