The present invention relates to a communication method using a slot based channel and a device thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique which estimates a slot based channel value in real time to perform analogy network coding (ANC) or full-duplex communication in one slot. To achieve the purpose, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the communication device using a slot based channel comprises a transmission unit, a channel estimation unit, and a decoding unit.
