Disclosed are a condensed-ring compound and an organic light-emitting device comprising the condensed-ring compound. The condensed-ring compound is represented by chemical formula 1. The condensed-ring compound has excellent electrical properties and thermal stability. The organic light-emitting device applied with the condensed-ring compound can have low driving voltage, high efficiency, high brightness, and long durability properties.
