PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing program for enabling processing that prevents a user from feeling discomfort even when the user closes his/her eye.SOLUTION: An image processor 10 is included in an identification photograph taking apparatus or the like. The image processor 10 includes an eye area specifying part 13 for specifying an eye area including an eye, an eye opening/closing determination part 14 for determining whether the eye is opened or closed, and an image processing part 15 for performing different processing to the eye area according to whether the eye is opened or closed. The image processor 10 can determine whether an eye is opened or closed on a photographed image including a face to perform different processing according to whether the eye is opened or closed. Therefore, an image having no sense of incongruity can be acquired in the case that the eye is closed. |
