PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic measuring technique that generates the imaging data of an inner structure of a subject with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A photoacoustic measuring device 10 includes: an excitation laser light output unit 11 for performing pulse oscillation of an excitation laser light 21 exciting an optical absorption body 20 in a subject 23 and outputting it; an excitation laser light transmission unit 12 for applying the output excitation laser light 21 on the surface of the subject 23; a received laser light output unit 13 for oscillating the received laser light 22 and outputting it; a received laser light transmission unit 14 for applying the outputted received laser light 22 on the surface of the subject 23; a laser interferometer 15 for detecting a photoacoustic signal 27 from a reflected light of the received laser light 22 receiving an effect of the photoacoustic signal 27 generated by the excitation of the optical absorption body 21 upon application of the excitation laser light 21; a surface shape measuring unit 24 for measuring a surface shape of the subject 23; and a signal processing unit 16 for generating the imaging data of the inner structure of the subject 23 by processing the detection signal of the photoacoustic signal 27 and the measurement signal of the surface shape.
