PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both securing linear characteristics of output frequency and lowering of power supply voltage.SOLUTION: First and second transistors 1, 2 are interconnected by respective emitters via a capacitor 40 to constitute a multivibrator, a first constant current source 21 is connected with the emitter of any one of the on-state transistors 1, 2 via the capacitor 40 by means of a current path switching circuit 101, a second constant current source 22 is connected with that emitter, and the sum of the output currents from the first and second constant current source 21, 22 is differentially controlled to be constant by means of a voltage input differential current control circuit 102 depending on a control voltage inputted externally. |
