PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem found at a deposition process between a lens and a housing at a lateral long-shaped vehicular signal lamp such as a tail stop lamp arranged at the rear part of a motor bicycle, a high-mount stop lamp arranged at a rear part of a four-wheel car and the like.SOLUTION: A lens cover (13) and a lamp housing (12) are melted by using supersonic deposition device (200). When the deposition is carried out, wiring cords (20) of a signal lamp (10) for a vehicle are bundled and inserted into a recess part (222) arranged at a deposition horn (220) and temporally fixed by a cord clamp (17). The cord clamp (17) is integrally formed at a rear surface side of the lamp housing (12). With this arrangement, when the deposition surfaces 31, 32 are heated and deposited by applying supersonic wave through the deposition horn (220), it is possible to reduce poor state that the wiring cord (20) is held between the deposition horn (220) and the lamp housing (12). |
