PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently obtaining a high-conversion rate and high-molecular weight photo-reaction product sheet, capable of reliably removing polymerization heat.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a photo-reaction product sheet is configured as follows. A substrate 1 delivered from a substrate supply roll 2 is coated with a photo-reactive composition 4 and is conveyed to an irradiation chamber 8. An ultra-violet ray reflection layer 17 is provided on an inner wall of a water tank 15 disposed on the irradiation chamber 8 and, in such a procedure that the substrate 1 is conveyed into cooling water stored in the water tank 15, the substrate is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet ray lamp 14 group. Ultraviolet rays made incident into the cooling water repeats reflection at an ultraviolet ray reflection layer 15 and a water surface, are transmitted by the photo-reactive composition 4 and the substrate 1 and, at the same time, subjects the photo-reactive composition 4 to photo-polymerization. Polymerization heat generated by the photo-polymerization is removed by the cooling water and constant temperature is kept. |
