PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth material treatment device which finishes a step of treating by using an atomization liquid and performs the treatment from the next step, in the case where a liquid becomes equal to or less than a predetermined quantity in the middle of the treatment.SOLUTION: A cloth material treatment device which performs predetermined treatment with respect to a cloth material accommodated in an accommodation space includes an atomization part which atomizes a liquid by exposing it to ultrasonic waves and which includes: a generation part for generating ultrasonic waves; a liquid storage tank for storing a liquid; a pump for supplying the liquid from the liquid storage tank to the generation part; and a liquid level sensor for detecting a liquid level of the generation part. In the case where the liquid level becomes below a lower limit threshold value for less than predetermined time in an atomization step, the treatment shifts to the next step.
