According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a golf club by using filler metal with a low melting point includes the steps of: preparing a hollow structure body (16), forming a golf club head, a face unit (14) joined to a front side of the hollow structure body (16); cutting the filler metal with a low melting point in the shape of foil into the size which is the same as the size of a contact surface between the hollow structure body (16) and the face unit (14); joining the filler metal, cut into the size which is the same as the size of the contact surface, to the hollow structure body (16) by using an assembling jig; increasing the temperature and heating the filler metal and the hollow structure body (16) in a high vacuum atmosphere in a state that the filler metal is arranged on the hollow structure body (16) and the contact surface of the hollow structure body (16); and cooling the filler metal and the hollow structure body (16) in a furnace after attaching the filer metal to the hollow structure body (16) for a predetermined attachment maintaining time.
