PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to spirally wind a band strip stably and with a good accuracy while achieving uniformalization of a tensile force of a band cord.SOLUTION: A band strip is delivered to a wound body which is rotationally driven while being traversed by use of a delivery roller, whereby the band strip is spirally wound around an outer peripheral surface of the wound body. An annular guide groove formed on the outer periphery surface of the delivery roller has groove side surfaces along both side surfaces of the band strip, and the band strip is vertically guided between the groove side surfaces. The band strip is twisted by 90 degree between the delivery roller and the wound body. |
