PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization molding method of a pneumatic tire which does not require a large amount of investment, including modification of equipment and suppresses occurrence of air residue in bead and side parts of a green tire to prevent occurrence of flaws in the tire after molding.SOLUTION: A vulcanization molding method of a pneumatic tire comprises setting a green tire in a vulcanization die having in a segment die, a side die and a pair of upper and lower bead rings, shaping from the inner side of the green tire by using a vulcanization bladder, making the vulcanization die in a closed state through an operation of closing the vulcanization die and vulcanization-molding the green tire. The operation of closing the vulcanization die is resumed after stopping at a specified position for a specified time, and then the vulcanization die is made in a closed state. |
