PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for obtaining vibration control effect with a simple configuration, and an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A drive device 50 includes: a plurality of vibration members (a photoreceptor motor 51, a development motor 52, a photoreceptor drive shaft 53a, a development drive pin 55a, a conveyance drive pin 72a, a conveyance follower pin 74a, or the like) which vibrate when driven; and a holding section 60 for holding the vibration members. The holding section 60 includes a first member, such as a bracket 62 to be brought into contact with at least one vibration member, and a second member, such as a vibration control plate 63. The first and second members are laminated with each other and partially joined to each other. A ground member, such as an earth plate, is brought into contact with one of the first and second members, which is unlikely to vibrate. |
