PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an image and voice required by a user continuously even in a fixed time recording mode.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes person detection means for detecting a person included in an image outputted from imaging means, voice acquisition means for acquiring voice data by means of a microphone, recording means for recording the image and voice data on a recording medium, fixed time recording means for controlling to stop moving image recording upon elapsing a preset recording time after starting the recording by the recording means, and control means for controlling not to stop the moving image recording when a person is detected in a captured image, and the fact that the voice data has a predetermined sound volume level or more is detected, near the timing controlled to stop the moving image recording by the fixed time recording means. |
