PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler the number of components of which can be decreased while reducing the weight, and to provide a method of manufacturing the cooler.SOLUTION: A cooler C for cooling heating elements 41, 42 includes a resin member 3 in which a flow path 31 of refrigerant is formed, a first metallic member 1 having first and second surfaces 11, 12, where the first surface 11 is in contact with the resin member 3 while the second surface 12 is in contact with the first heating element 41, and a second metallic member 2 having first and second surfaces 21, 22, where the first surface 21 is in contact with the resin member 3 while the second surface 22 is in contact with the second heating element 42. |
