PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor, a control method, an image pick-up device and electronic apparatus capable of preventing degradation of quality of taken images.SOLUTION: The signal processor selects one single from plural reference signals each of which has an electric potential different from each other according to the electric potential of an input signal, performs A/D conversion of the input signal using the selected reference signal, measures a correction value for correcting A/D conversion result of the input signal using the reference signal and calculates to correct the A/D conversion result of the input signal using the measured correction value. |
