PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which achieves excellent assemblability and secures high sealability between a panel and a wire harness.SOLUTION: A grommet 10 is provided around a wire harness WH inserted into an opening part of a panel in a water-tight manner, is fixed to the panel with a seal surface 12a closely contacting with the panel to seal a gap between the panel and the wire harness WH, and is formed by an elastic material. The grommet 10 includes an inner member 13 which comprises inner split bodies 13A, 13B split in a circumferential direction and locks an end part of the opening part. The elastic material is integrally molded with the wire harness WH so as to cover the wire harness WH and the inner member 13 in a state where the inner split bodies 13A, 13B of the inner member 13 are disposed around the wire harness WH. |
