PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue to correctly measure a time code even when the power source is turned off.SOLUTION: A signal processing device is configured: to correct a time code into real time on the basis of a time code value thereof for drop frame; to store the corrected time code in a nonvolatile memory together with the time and then turn the power source when seconds of an internal timer change; to add a time of a power-off period calculated from the time when the power source is turned off and the current time to the read time code value having been corrected when the power source is turned on again and then to make correction to a time code value of the drop frame on the basis of the time code value after the addition; to make no correction based upon the time code value for a non-drop frame; to multiply the time of the power-off period by 1.001 when the power source is turned on; and to calculate a time code value by addition to a time code read out of the nonvolatile memory. |
