PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately hold an object to be driven being driven by power of a motor in a predetermined state.SOLUTION: A motor 10 drives and tilts a sector gear 21 of an operation panel 3. In addition to a rotational load by load application means 23, cogging torque of the motor 10 is applied to a gear 16. Resultant force of the cogging torque of the motor 10 and the rotational load by the load application means 23 is included in holding force holding the operation panel 3 serving as an object to be driven in a predetermined state (attitude). On account of this, the holding force holding the operation panel 3 in the predetermined state does not depend on the load application means 23 only, and the rotational load to be applied to the gear 16 serving as a rotating body by the load application means 23 can be suppressed. |
