PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for an industrial vehicle that can have high maintenance performance and/or reduce the number of components.SOLUTION: Plural voltage detection circuits 532 correspond to plural motors M1 to M3, and are electrically connected to corresponding P electrode buses LP to detect the voltages Vdc of the corresponding P electrode buses LP. A discharge circuit 530 is provided between the input terminal of each of the plural voltage detection circuits 532 and the ground 534. A controller 528 for controlling plural power conversion devices 510, the plural voltage detection circuits 532 and the discharge circuit 530 are mounted on a controller board 522, and the controller board 522 is supported by the upper layer of a base board 520. The discharge circuit 530 contains at least one light emission element 544 provided on a discharge path, and the at least one light emission element 544 is disposed at such a position as to be viewable under the state that an exterior cover of an industrial vehicle 501 and/or a housing cover of the motor driving device 504 is detached. |
