PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device in which a piezoelectric vibration element can be fixed firmly.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 100 has a piezoelectric vibration element 130, a base 110 having a mounting surface where the piezoelectric vibration element 130 is mounted, and a metal bonding member 140 for bonding the piezoelectric vibration element 130 to the mounting surface. The bonding member 140 includes a first bonding member 142 having an area to be bonded to the second surface on the opposite side from the first surface facing the mounting surface of the piezoelectric vibration element 130, and a second bonding member 144 having an area to be bonded to the first bonding member 142 and the second surface. The first surface of the piezoelectric vibration element 130 is in contact with the mounting surface or the second bonding member 144. |
