PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which when an elevator emergency button is pressed, only one-to-one communication between a passenger and a management center is possible.SOLUTION: A communication controller comprises: a signal input part receiving signals from an emergency button; a warning detection part detecting a warning signal from the signals; a voice input part receiving voice data from a microphone; a communication unit which transmits/receives the voice data to/from a control center; a voice decoder for voice-converting and decoding the voice data inputted by the communication unit; a voice processing part which performs encoding and mixing control of the voice data received by the decoder and the voice input part; a voice encoder which encodes the voice data processed by the voice processing part and performs IP conversion and compression of the mixed voice data; a voice output part which outputs the voice data processed by the voice processing part; and a main control unit processing the warning signal and a third party addition connection request signal. |
