PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a communication quality condition satisfactory for a user by analyzing simultaneous and parallel communication actions by analyzing bulk parallel situations for the unit of a user, and by calculating a correspondence by analyzing relations between modes of the communication actions and communication qualities.SOLUTION: A communication action analyzer includes: a packet capture part 10 for passively capturing the traffic of a communication terminal on a network; an aggregation part 30 for aggregating the sessions of the same transmission source into a plurality of bulks in a time-series manner on the basis of an occurrence interval, on the basis of the captured traffic; a bulk parallel situation analysis part 502 for analyzing the situation in which a plurality of bulks of the same transmission source are in parallel; a communication quality analysis part 501 for analyzing the quality of the sessions aggregated in the parallel bulks; and a correspondence analysis part 60 for analyzing the correspondence between the parallel situations of the bulks and the qualities of the sessions aggregated in the parallel bulks. |
