The present invention provides: a CNT-PZT nanocomplex in which PZT nanoparticles grow on a surface of a carbon nanotube, wherein the PZT nanoparticles are bonded to the surface of the carbon nanotube and are coated; a piezoelectric device using the same; and a manufacturing method thereof. The CNT-PZT nanocomplex according to the present invention has excellent piezoelectricity.
