PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an analysis sample that can be used easily and can provide an accurate analysis result in a fluorescent X-ray elementary analysis (XRF) of liquid material oil.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a manufacturing method (1) of an analysis sample used for a fluorescent X-ray elementary analysis of mixing liquid material oil with a low-density polyethylene, and then solidifying them. The present invention provides a manufacturing method (2) of an analysis sample according to (1) where they are rapidly cooled during the solidification. The present invention provides the manufacturing method (3) of an analysis sample according to (1) or (2) where a die used for the solidification is pre-heated before the solidification. The present invention provides the manufacturing method (4) of an analysis sample according to one of (1) to (3) where the liquid material oil is used for manufacturing carbon black. |
