PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing or restricting occurrence of disadvantageous state caused by immersion of fluid into a solenoid while securing a function acting as a solenoid valve.SOLUTION: A normally-closed solenoid valve comprises a diaphragm 19 partitioning a space enclosed by a body and a solenoid into a valve chamber 18 and an operating chamber 41 and that can be displaced in an axial direction in response to a pressure difference between the valve chamber 18 and the operating chamber 41, and a sleeve 28 having a holding part 60 for holding a circumferential edge part of a diaphragm 19 installed between it and the body. The diaphragm 19 is integrally connected to a valve body 22 inside in a radial direction. The sleeve 28 has a supporting part 62 for supporting the diaphragm 19 at a more inside in a radial direction than the holding part 60 while being abutted from a side of the operating chamber side. With this arrangement as above, an effective pressure receiving diameter A of the diaphragm 19 is constituted to be set to more inside in a radial direction than the supporting part 62. An operation connecting part 48 is connected to the valve body 22 in such a way that it may be inserted and passed inside of the connecting part between the valve body 22 and the diaphragm 19. |
