PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination device and a program which are capable of preferably grasping an environmental factor in a space where cell containers are placed and determining abnormality.SOLUTION: A server device 5 stores positional information on each of sensors arranged at a plurality of points in a target space Vtag. The server device 5, based on a measured value of an environmental factor measured by each of the sensors and the positional information on each sensor, calculates an estimated value of the environmental factor at a point between the sensors. Then the server device 5 determines abnormality of the environmental factor in the target space Vtag where cell containers 8 are arranged on the basis of the calculated estimated value.
