PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle holder that is the needle holder for endoscopic operation, is suitable to pass a curved needle in a trocar of a narrow inner diameter, and is improved in the usability by the endoscopic operation procedure.SOLUTION: A needle holder is formed of a gap wider than the thickness of a medical needle gripped and curved, and opened long in the longitudinal direction of the jaw in the jaw operation side of the gripping surface of a jaw. The needle holder is made suitable for passing a narrow tube of a trocar such that a curved needle is elastically deformed by extending the curve as a posture of gripping the tip and putting a needle extreme in the gap. Further, the extended needle extreme is structured to be stored in the inside of the needle holder when passing the trocar, and thereby the occurrence of contamination due to a trocar inner wall shaved when the needle extreme passes the trocar can be avoided. |
