PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll forming device capable of preventing damage of a cutting edge and cutting out only a product part when forming the product part.SOLUTION: Each of a pair of first slit blades 30 is fixed to a first rotary shaft 16 at both ends of a first cutting blade laminate 23 of a first roll 20. Each of a pair of second slit blades 130 is fixed to a second rotary shaft 18 and is disposed oppositely to the pair of first slit blades 30 at both ends of a second cutting blade laminate 123 of a second roll 40. The pair of first slit blades 30 and the pair of second slit blades 130 shear a space between unformed parts 52 at both ends of a product part 50 when a workpiece W is passed between the rotating first roll 20 and second roll 40 and the product part 50 is formed by roll forming on the workpiece W.
