PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for accurately discriminating a direction of a multilayer ceramic capacitor.SOLUTION: In a method for discriminating a direction of a multilayer ceramic capacitor, a magnetization process, a measurement process and a discrimination process are performed. In the magnetization process, a multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 is magnetized. In the measurement process, the density of a magnetic flux generated from the magnetized multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 is measured. In the discrimination process, the lamination direction of a plurality of internal electrodes 11, 12 in the multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 is discriminated on the basis of the measurement result of the magnetic flux density. |
