PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure of a vehicle which effectively utilizes a rail by pushing an inner side cushioning member with an outer side cushioning member and the rail during a side collision to push an occupant waist part to the inner side in a vehicle width direction at an early stage, delay timing of a collision between a door body and an occupant, and absorb a side collision load at a long cushioning stroke.SOLUTION: A door structure of a vehicle includes: an outer side cushioning member 50 which is provided at the door outer panel 12 side of a rail 31 so as to face a seating position of an occupant in a vehicle width direction; and an inner side cushioning member 60 which is provided at the door inner panel 13 side of the rail 31 so as to face the seating position of the occupant in the vehicle width direction. The outer side cushioning member 50 is connected with the rail 31.
