PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraction method of apisin by which apisin with high-concentration can be efficiently obtained from royal jelly, and to provide a standard material of apisin obtained by the method.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a fraction method of apisin comprising adding water-containing solvent to apisin-containing royal jelly or a residue extracted with an organic solvent from royal jelly, preparing an apisin-containing solution, adjusting the pH of the apisin-containing solution to 4.4-5.4, and obtaining an insoluble fraction. Preferably, the method further comprises separating the insoluble fraction by gel filtration technique and obtaining the apisin-containing fraction. |
