PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference electrode used for measuring the potential of a measurement solution while maintaining conductivity between an inner solution and the measurement solution in a liquid junction even when the measurement solution contains air bubbles.SOLUTION: The reference electrode includes: a second inner solution chamber 36 containing a second inner solution 15; a liquid junction 40 in the second inner solution chamber 36 arranged so that the second inner solution 15 is in contact with a measurement solution 9 as a measurement target; and an inner electrode R in the second inner solution chamber 36, the second inner solution chamber 36 and the liquid junction 40 forming a second body 42, and the liquid junction 40 being formed of a conduction member 41 of porous or fibrous material and an opening 45 adjacent to the conduction member 41. |
