PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cell culture tool which does not use more amount of coat liquid than required for coating a cell culture surface, is capable of performing uniform coating, and eliminates the need for aspirating and removing excessive coat liquid.SOLUTION: The method comprises a first coating step of performing coating with, as a coat liquid: a solution using water or ethanol as a solvent where a solute is selected from a group consisting of protein, polypeptide, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, polyethyleneimine, or mixture of these; or one of water or ethanol. The method comprises a second coating step of performing coating with, as a coat liquid, a solution using water or ethanol as a solvent where a solute is selected from a group consisting of protein, polypeptide, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, polyethyleneimine, or mixture of these, by using a spin coating process. |
