PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin which contains a functional material excellent in biosafety derived from natural products, and has dermal health effects and anti-aging effects.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a functional material which promotes synthesis of heparan sulphate proteoglycan, XIII type collagen in a dermal basement membrane, the functional material being a component excellent in biosafety derived from one or more plant extract selected from rice and peach, or a hydrolysate thereof; and an external preparation for skin containing the same. |
