The slits 39 are formed to satisfy a relationship L≤C/(2×f×0.001×√(&egr;r)), where L(mm) is the end face length of the slit 39 between the pair of ground terminals 37, C (m/s) is the speed of light, f (Hz) is a preset resonance frequency lower limit value, and &egr;r (F/m) is a dielectric constant of the board mounting part 2. |
