Disclosed is an auxiliary device for hypertension treatment with a breathing inducing function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary device comprises a sensor belt (10) and a controller. The sensor belt (10) includes: a belt; coupling means formed on both ends of the belt and coupled to each other; a first sensor formed in the belt, and a first wireless communications means for transmitting a sensed value of the first sensor to the controller in a wireless communications method. The controller includes: a display unit; a second wireless communications means for communicating with the sensor belt in a wireless communications method; and a control means for analyzing information received from the sensor belt. The first sensor senses user′s breathing signals while the user wears the belt on the chest or stomach. The control means determines a target breathing pattern by acquiring at least one among amplitude, frequency, a breathing cycle, intake duration, and expiratory duration from the user′s breathing signals, and displays graphic data to induce the user′s breathing signals to the target breathing pattern through the display unit. |
