The present invention relates to a fried cookie and a method for preparing fried cookie dough. The method for preparing a fried cookie according to the present invention may comprise: a step of preparing frying dough; a step of resting the frying dough at 20-30°C for 5-30 minutes; a primary topping step of applying bread crumbs after soaking a sandwich-type cookie in the frying dough; a secondary topping step of secondarily applying bread crumbs after secondarily soaking the cookie coated with bread crumbs in the frying dough; and a step of frying the topped cookie in heated oil for 1-5 minutes. The fried cookie prepared according to the present invention is very excellent in terms of flavor, chewiness, texture, and crunchiness. |
