The present invention relates to a cable pulling apparatus using a wire gripper. The cable pulling apparatus includes a driver (20) having an actuator (24); a gripper (30) which is connected to the actuator (24) of the driver (20) to perform a reciprocating motion, and has a joint band (37) and a rotating body (32) of holding a cable; and a pressure block (40) which is arranged at a stroke terminal of the gripper (30) and induces compulsory rotation. Thereby, a process in a narrow space can be facilitated by using a small and light gripper which has high durability and consists of a few components. An installation process can be performed by drawing two to four thin wires having similar diameters at the same time. Thereby, productivity can be improved.
