PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycloolefin-based polymer composition having a high glass transition temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a cycloolefin-based polymer composition which comprises mixing a cycloolefin-based polymer (A) and a cycloolefin-based polymer (B) in a specific relation to obtain a cycloolefin-based polymer composition. Then, when the total amount of the cycloolefin-based polymer (A) and the cycloolefin-based polymer (B) is defined as 100 pts.mass, the blending amount of the cycloolefin-based polymer (A) is 40 pts.mass or more and 80 pts.mass or less, the blending amount of the cycloolefin-based polymer (B) is 20 pts.mass or more and 60 pts.mass or less, and when the glass transition temperature of the cycloolefin-based polymer (A) is defined as Tg(A) and the glass transition temperature of the cycloolefin-based polymer (B) is defined as Tg(B), the Tg(A) and the Tg(B) satisfies the following expressions (a) and (b): 15°C≥Tg(A)-Tg(B)≥3°C (a) and Tg(B)≥100°C (b). |
