PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-species-specific antibody to CD3 which solves the serious problem in which species specificity of monoclonal antibodies hinders development of them as human therapeutic agents.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a bispecific single chain antibody molecule comprising a first binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of human and non-chimpanzee primate CD3 epsilon chain, the epitope being part of a specific amino acid sequence, and a second binding domain capable of binding to an antigen selected from the group consisting of prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA), B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 (CD19), hepatocyte growth factor receptor (C-MET), endosialin, the EGF-like domain 1 of EpCAM encoded by exon 2, fibroblast activation protein α (FAPα), and insulin-like growth factor I receptor (IGF-IR or IGF-1R). |
