PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for large-scale culture of iPS cells, while maintaining undifferentiated property of the iPS cells.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a use of a hollow fiber which consists of a porous membrane, and whose lumen has low cell adhesion, in iPS cell culture in which iPS cells seeded on the lumen of the hollow fiber proliferate maintaining undifferentiated property. The invention also relates to a production method of iPS cells comprising seeding iPS cells in the lumen of the hollow fiber whose lumen consists of the porous membrane and has low cell adhesion, the fiber contained in a container; culturing and proliferating the iPS cells in effective conditions for maintaining undifferentiated property of the iPS cells; and recovering proliferated iPS cells. |
