PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can highly specifically, highly sensitively, rapidly, and conveniently amplify a target nucleic acid contained in a sample regardless of the kind of nucleic acid (DNA/RNA), in a method for amplifying RNA at a constant temperature.SOLUTION: The subject is solved by optimizing the order of addition of an enzyme having RNA-dependent DNA polymerase activity, an enzyme having DNA-dependent DNA polymerase, an enzyme having ribonuclease H activity, and an enzyme having RNA polymerase activity which are used in amplification of a target nucleic acid. |
