PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive and negative potential generating circuit capable of preventing harmonic noises generated when generating a positive electric potential and a negative electric potential from being overlapped with a ground line.SOLUTION: The positive and negative potential generating circuit includes: a charge pump that outputs a positive electric potential from one end and outputs a negative electric potential from the other end; a first filter that removes harmonic noises included in a positive electric potential; a first clamp circuit that controls the output electric potential from the first filter; a second filter that removes harmonic noises includes in the negative electric potential; and a second clamp circuit that controls the output electric potential from the second filter. The charge pump allows entire current output from one side to flow to the first filter and entire current passing through the second filter from the second clamp circuit to flow to the other end. |
